Allen began volunteering with the Historical Society in 2012. He graduate from IUP in 2016, majoring in Political Science/Pre-Law and a minor in Spanish. He furthered his education by attending Widener Commonwealth Law School, graduating in 2019. He is currently a practicing attorney with Kauffman & Billimoria, PLLC.
Allen served as Secretary of the Board of Directors for a term in 2014-2016, and chaired the STEPS Committee. He also served as Fundraising Chair in 2023. He currently serves as the Secretary for the 2024-2025 term. He has a passion for local history, helping with social media, the website, portraying Silas Clark on the Clark House Tours, and many other jobs around the museum.
